First, I would like to give a good review for Bee Transportation. They got the car to Florida in 2 days. The driver returned our phone calls promptly and gave us his location and an excellent time line to meet him for pick up.

HOWEVER- - - The first company that was assigned to pick up the car never showed up. Professional auto carrier inc. was not professional at all. The car pickup order was placed and paid for in September of 2010. I called mid-January to double check the time frame and was assured that the car would be picked up on either Jan 25 or 26th and it would arrive in Florida no later than Feb.1st. The car sat in my sister's driveway for one week. She rearranged her family's schedule waiting for the pick up and the drivers gave her one excuse after another. After they told her they were broke down and didn't know how long it would take to get on the road again, she called a AAA supervisor and insisted on a new carrier immediately. Then Bee Transport finally picked up the car on Feb 1st.

We feel that this situation put unnecessary stress on our 78 year old father. He went for one week without transportation, his clothes and condo supplies until his car arrived. Since he had extra expenses do to the lateness of his car arrival, we feel he should be partially reimbursed for the delay.
